I am not especially familiar with the state, so I was startled that it was rated as the most corrupt state in the Union

That surprises me.... overall I have a very high opinion of Georgia. I could get there in about an hour and a half but don't cross the border too often

Meh....I spent about 7 months in the Atlanta area a couple of decades ago and go back every once in a while.  I'm not really a fan....but I understand why others like it.

The unique misfortune of the Palestinian refugees is that they are a weapon in what seems to be a permanent war...today, in the Middle East, you get a repeated sinking sensation about the Palestinian refugees: they are only a beginning, not an end. Their function is to hang around and be constantly useful as a goad. The ultimate aim is not such humane small potatoes as repatriating refugees.

I'm undecided. The climate there is much too hot and humid for my tastes, however.

I've been to Atlanta. Nice, but it was no different from Houston.

Horrible State on so many levels.  It could be worse though; look at just about every state we border.
