The answer is still Google. Bing isn't as bad as the Google competitors of yesteryear, but when it comes to complicated queries, it always under-performs.

I've used Bing a time or 7 and wasn't all that impressed.  I'll use Google until I'm given reason not to.  I've been using it ....forever it seems like.

Metacrawler was once my search engine of choice, and for awhile I tried to stick to Yahoo's, but for the past several years at least Google has been my overwhelming preference without a doubt. The introduction of Bing was accompanied by such an aggressive marketing campaign that I became irreversibly poisoned against it and irrationally intend to always find an alternative.

Bong is freakin' annoying. "Hey, you might have google chrome, but we'll sneak up & somehow make your default search engine Bing!" Damn you bastards.

I mostly use Google, back in the day had Altavista before Google became popular.  Find out that Google is much easier to use and has a better UI.  A couple of times Dogpile was used.

I tried Bing once just to see how it'd do, testing out a few semi-complicated search queries, and it failed pretty miserably.
