I have two problems with this bill..  (1)  Why are we naming such a group through legislation?  Is this really necessary?  (2)  Why is this only a one-day festival?  The People require the minimum of a weekend to properly celebrate the former Governors tenure here..

I support the bill in its' present form.

I am sure that President Napoleon will be tremendously honored with a one day festival.  A one day celebration makes it all that much more meaningful rather than a drawn out affair.
