I think than the use of the word zionist is biased and bigoted, since that's refer to the Protocol of the Sages of Zion, which is a invention of the early 20th century to boost antisemitism.

Zion is a poetic name for Jerusalem in the Bible, after the hill the city is on.

Interesting. In French, as soon you hear the word zionist, you know that will be a rant about "the evil jews which rule the world". You also know it's the time to flee to not hear it.

2.Zionism (or zionism in as far as it has a meaning today) isn't supporting the existence of a Jewish State, but rather the existence of the Jewish State of Israel.

So it would be ok if there were 2 or more Jewish states, but just one, well that's racist!  Makes sense.

I think he mean than the important isn't the existance of a Jewish state, but a Jewish state on the Israel/Palestine lands.

I suppose that's a very slightly better argument, but still stupid because the Jewish state does exist on the east coast of the Mediterranean and wanting to "correct" that "problem" is pointless at best, racist and dangerous at worst.

Oh, I agree, but, with hindsight, perhaps creating them a state there wasn't a good idea.
