"HOEKSTRA IS A RAAAAACIST!!!!"

Ok, now that we got that out of the way, I imagine a ten to twelve point win for Stabenow is expected.

Do you disagree that Hoekstra's ads were racist?

Here we go! It's almost like a comedy routine. I mock the almost non-stop talk about this ad anytime this race comes up as if there is nothing else going on in the campaign...and you respond with a question...about the ad. Priceless.

The ad is why people don't like Hoekstra. And this is completely justified. Because the ad was blatantly racist.

Are you going to mount any remotely comprehensible argument as to how it could conceivably be perceived otherwise, or are you just going to mockingly repeat the manifest statement that it was over and over again as if it were somehow controversial?

The fact that people still take it seriously is what gives me the lulz, for real. Also, the fact that Phil can still string people along for the ride is even funnier. Bravo good sir, Bravo!

Actually, I'm enjoying this conversation. Phil's a dab hand at this kind of performance art.

The Hoekstra ad was racist, sure.

Do you think the all-caps stuff is successful? I mean, the ad's racist, it's just kind of a dull statement. Sarcasm only works if people are being genuinely ridiculous in their tone or statement. We're just like, well, racist ad. Lame.

Yes Phil, the racist ad is a factor in Spend-it-Now's lead.

That ad was not racist, it was telling it how it is.

You probably think the official national language of China is "Ching Chong," don't you?

This is irrelevant to the ad in question.

The ad was the reason I hopped off the Hoekstra train. What was said there could have easily been said without specifically trying to ignite a reptilian, anti-foreigner part of the human brain. Clark Durant 2012.

There was a time when I thought this race might have been potentially competitive but now I am sure Stabenow will be reelected.
