Top two advance to a runoff if none of them gets an outright majority.

I like Sotomayor the best.

I forgot to hide the results, so everyone can see them. Oh well...

You can edit the poll to hide them while keeping the current votes.

Ginsburg. While I understand the enthusiasm for Scalia, he's pretty much just a Republican politician at this point. Did you see his ridiculous dissent on that ruling on the Arizona law?

Also, after researching Kennedy some more, I think I've finally found someone with a more evil ideology than Ron Paul, or at least someone who has been far more devastating at affecting policy with it. Hooray.

If I had to pick one of these justices, I'd probably have to go with Roberts. I can't support a pro-choice justice, but the other conservative justices are evil too. Roberts, whatever his beliefs are, at least respects the institution and takes his role seriously, unlike the other conservative clowns.

I can edit my own polls on any board, so maybe it a permission that has been granted only to members of the Moderators group.  (Which makes some sense, since otherwise it would trivial to alter the labels so that Thomas and Kagan go on to the next round.)

Yeah, that would make sense.

It looks like a Ginsburg/Scalia runoff anyway, barring a major surge from anyone else.

Thomas only needs 1 more vote to tie Scalia for second.

Thomas is a good read when he is on the good side.  employee discrimination for instance.

His judicial philosophy. For example, his view of the Necessary and Proper clause as expressed in his Raich and Comstock dissents.

Looks like Thomas could potentially upset Scalia as the choice of the conservatives. We still have the better part of a week to go though.
