Things went a bit weird with the nhs/kids bit, and as great as the bean scene was, and the bond scene with the queen and those hilarious corgis, the music scene was a bit of a dud for me. And now the flame!

Yeah, there were part which I thought that non-Brits just wouldn't "get"

Canada said it. They skipped one country, Bahrain, here.

The BBC gave it a mention, and pointed out that it's not technically a country.

Just watching USA vs China at the Volleyball. Made me realise what this Olympics has been lacking all along, economic metaphors.

I think the closing ceremony was the most embarrassing piece of TV that i've ever seen. Made me feel genuinely ashamed of being British. Horrendous!

Nothing like the incredible opening ceremony at all.
