Gotcha.  We'll see how the facts play out.  I'm just curious if the only witness to the dead guy's behavior is the agent who shot him......we'll see.

Apparently he was also involved in a triple homicide alongside the bombing suspect.

So Tamarlan was allegedly one of the culprits in a triple homicide in 2011, but was never caught?  That might explain why he stupidly seemed to think that he could get away with the marathon bombing.
