Thompson. In the end, I think his statewide experience and goodwill will pull him over the finish line, but Hovde could pull off an upset. It depends on if and how Hovde frames Thompson's past actions, like donating to Democrats and his support for healthcare reform, combined with how Thompson responds.

I don't see Baldwin winning the general unless Neumann/Fitzgerald somehow sneak through, and even then, I think she'd be only a slight favorite.
