Why is she such a godawful fundraiser? Statewide experience, reasonably popular and competent in all other respects. Obviously the PACs will do her financial work for her but I'm still mystified.

I would presume the main roadblock is laziness on the part of Steelman. Raising money take a LOT of work, and many people just aren't up to the level of fundraising required of a U.S. Senate candidate.

Not even $300k in Q2. She'll still win the GE if she makes it through the primary though, so no biggie.
