What do you think ?

And has anyone ever made an electoral vote map on here of citizen-only census population ?

I guess the last one available would be the 2000 data, because the 2010 citizen data has not yet been released.

I also think states like CA, TX, NY and FL would lose quite a few EC votes, while states like MI, OH, PA etc. would gain some seats ...

I think it would not be a bad idea, because it's only the citizens who actually vote - but on the other hand, the new President also impacts the life of the non-citizens.

Voted "Undecided".

I'm actually more interested in the map, if anyone has ever made one.

If I provide the statistics for 2000, can anyone (maybe Muon) create a "citizen-only" EV map ?

If you have the populations I can give you a new set of EVs.

The 2010 Census only asked those questions which are used for reapportionment and redistricting. In some Censuses the question was asked but other times it was not. In 2009 an amendment to include the question on the Census was defeated in the Senate. The exclusion was based in part on the apportionment clause in the Constitution, but in many states CVAP is the measure used to assess VRA compliance, so it certainly would apply to the redistricting step.

I think that based on Registered Voters is the most accurate way of ensuring "one vote, one value"

If you're going to exclude non-citizens from the count, why not exclude others who are ineligible to vote? Leaving children out of the apportionment count, for example, would make as much sense.
