I would like to be a member of the Government Oversight and Reform Committee.

Just to be sure, you can be a member of one committee and chair another, correct?  I plan to run for Chair of the Judiciary Committee if the resolution passes. Tongue

I don't want the same three people to be on every committee, so I won't be declaring for this one.  However, Clarence won't be available for the next week or so, if I recall correctly, so shouldn't his declaration be given special consideration?

I agree that a new resolution is probably going to be necessary here.  While we're at it, we may as well use it to make all the rules of the committees uniform, because I have a feeling the same problem exists for all three committee resolutions.

Would it be possible to vote for the PPT while we select all of the committee members?  It would be nice not to spend half the session doing those things.
