He's Mike Huckabee's republican populism (in terms of political ideology), without anything likable about him, and even crazier on religion.

Although choice 4 is rather funny, I'm actually going to vote 2 -- Rick Santorum has worked pretty hard in his life to achieve some very unlikely electoral victories; Santorum came out of a deep hole in all three of his first congressional campaigns to victory, and although he came in second, his rise to second place from 1% in 2012 was also impressive. So I'll give the dude some credit -- however much I really don't like him, he's deserved it.
