Strategically, John Warner.  Had Mark Warner won in 1996, he would likely have lost in 2002.  Of course, John Warner was an excellent Senator for Virginia.

Mistaken.  The term may have been coined as a result of my love for Warner, but I didn't coin the term myself.  I think Mech did.
