Dr. Rice should be on trial before the Hague along with John Yu, Jay Bybee, Don Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, Henry Kissinger and George W. Bush. She lied about the "mushroom cloud" threat from Iraq and okay-ed CIA torture techniques. However, since America refuses to join the ICC Rice and her compatriots will never stand trial for their crimes against humanity.

Bush, Rice, Rumsfeld, Powell, and the others did not lie to send us to war.  They acted on the knowledge they had.  Even if Iraq didn't have WMDs, we knew they were capable of obtaining them.  Remember that it was the Japanese, not the Germans, who attacked us in WWII, but we still went to war with Germany not only because they declared war on us after we declared war on Japan, and they still posed a threat to global peace and security.
