Would Obama have performed in states like Arkansas, Kentucky, West Virginia, Louisiana, Missouri, Alabama better if Hillary were Vice President of the United States??

No; he asked how Obama would do if Hillary were at the bottom of the ticket. I said he'd do somewhat better in those states, but only Missouri would flip.
