I think I like where I am now better than Caracas. I'd just take Chavez over Singapore's fascist government. At least Chavez is still allowing right wing media moguls to bash him on their TV stations. Singapore would never allow such a thing.

I think I could have a lot of fun in either place, though I have never been to Venezuala.  I voted Singapore though, since I know from personal experience it is fun and also very safe.  Venezuala might be a better place to visit than in which to reside.

Personally for me it would probably be Thailand or some Latin American country.  Latinas are exceedingly hot.  I hope to make it down to South America someday soon.  I don't know about Swedes.. might be a bit 'large-framed'?  Russians are often hot.  We get a few here.

Lived in Singapore for 2 years, and would gladly go back there rather than going to Venezuela.

Although if I had to be a citizen of one of the two, the whole national service thing is a bit of a turnoff.

The primary langauge in Singapore is Chinese. And the winters don't bother me, I can't believe people think that "storm" on Friday was bad. They obviously have forgotten what real blizzards are like. But I am quite happy living in a rather socialist city with an ultra-hardcore socialist city less than a hundred miles northeast of me that I will move to one day, and never have to deal with Republicans ever again. ahh....
