Also, are you passionate about his campaign... or do you just want to see Obama lose? Just curious.

No. Not that the rest of the potential field was better, but this guy is looking like one of the worst choices the GOP has made in several elections.  He reminds me of that boss who will lie to your face with a smile and screw you tomorrow as your access pass to the office doesn't work and there's a box waiting for you with your personals.

Likeable? Not especially. Not unlikeable, just very stiff and a bit hokey.

My father was a staunch Republican until about 2 or 3 years before this election, and to this day, is still a fairly conservative libertarian, but the thought of Romney winning the white house legitmately scares him, but an Obama re-election scares him even more.

Is Romney a guy I would want to have a beer with? No. But I want to have a beer with my friends, not my president. But, he seems like a nice man. Those things are not relevant to me however. I want a competent manager who has the practical skills and wherewithal to manage this country better. Plus, I don't my kids to live in bankrupt country, and Obama is doing all he can to spend every dime we don't have.

I think he's likable...but not nearly as likable as Obama haha

Also, are you passionate about his campaign... or do you just want to see Obama lose? Just curious.

I'm passionate about his campaign mostly because I want to see Obama lose.

Romney was my Republican pick in 2008. I think he's got horrible advisors and has run a terrible campaign this time around, but that's not a reflection of his personality.

Generally, I think Romney is a genuine guy who just really wants to be president. He seems like a good father, loving husband, and personable guy. Watch some old interviews he did with David Letterman--Mitt actually looks like a human. This closed-door-to-the-press strategy has been a big mistake.

And yes, I am enthusiastic about Romney as a candidate. Don't get me wrong--I detest Obama to the core. But I really think Romney's business experience is something the world needs right now. I think he'll be a good president.

I'm definately not a Republican, but Romney's tv persona comes off substantially more likable than Bush Jr's, which seemed to have been modeled after Yosemite Sam.

I must be alone in thinking that Romney is a very nice person who I could really get along well with. On a personal level I hate to see him flustered. Don't like his policies though.

America is not electing Mr. Congeniality.

What America needs at this time in history is a capable manager of the economy, and that manager is Romney.

I find it odd to call someone as asshole, since I doubt you know any of these people.

While I'm obviously not a conservative, I think Romney is probably a perfectly nice person, but someone who is clearly a little awkward in crowds, but I hear is funny in person. I thought the same about George Bush II, I detested his policies (including the now debunked economic ones that Romney wants to double-down on) but I thought I would get along with him perfectly well.

There's only been one GOPer as P or VP nominee that I don't think I would have personally liked, and that's Sarah Palin.

I think he's voting for Johnson, but Oklahoma might not have him on the ballot, so Republican reluctancy might kick in.

This.

When you see glimpses of him behind the scenes, he doesn't come off as robotic or fake. He's awkward when it comes to campaigning, but I don't think that reflects him being an awkward/unlikeable person if I were to meet him. Some things that he's done in the past, like when he closed his business down to search for a coworker's missing daughter (there was an ad about it in 2008 if I recall), sound pretty likeable to me. I don't know why he doesn't talk about that stuff.

I don't feel one way or another about Mitt Romney's (lack of) personality, other than to say it's a political liability. Fortunately for him, I'm not voting for Broseph and neither is anyone else.

No, I don't find Romney likeable, at least as far as his public persona is concerned. He may be a nice guy with his family and friends, but I can't get around to liking him as a politician. Then again, I'm aware that likeability isn't everything and that Romney may actually be qualified to be President and govern as a conservative. So if I were American and lived in a swing state, I would reluctantly vote for Romney. However, if I lived in a state like California or Wyoming I would probably go third party.

On a scale of Dubya (10) to Obama (1), he's a 4.

Mittens tends to be as stiff as a board, but then I don't pick my POTUS's based on their entertainment value or likability.  Those factors get a relatively light weighting.

Not really, but probably for different reasons than most people. (I have to be the only person in the country more motivated to support Romney because he strapped his dog to the roof of his car. I f**king hate dogs.) But, yeah, I'm pretty much supporting Romney only because I want to see UHC repealed -- Obama's other mistakes (stimulus, Iraq withdrawal, and Libya intervention being the three other big ones) being pretty much irreversible.
