***NORTHEASTERNERS ONLY***

Note that I am not branding this as a ScottSurveys/Porcupine-affiliated poll.  I am not only asking for the public's opinion, but I want to anticipate a clean, open debate on which capital location is most appropriate and why placing the capital in other locations should not be as desirable.  I would like to ask both the citizens and the members of the Northeast Assembly for their input.

This poll will expire in five days.  Hopefully, we will reach a consensus by then.

I think that it should stay where it is. That's the heart of the Northeast.

"Buffalo sucks. Of course the argument in favor of Buffalo is that it sucks and therefore could benefit economically from this which is why I "would support Buffalo over the much more interesting options of New Haven or Rochester."

Columbia, PA--in the real world (America), it was to be the capital until Hamilton agreed to have it moved to a swamp in Maryland to appease the South.

Nothing. In-game, the states are no longer functional regions. I suppose that something might be happening there (another layer of "local" government?), but the regional constitution makes no provision for it.

I mean so are they tons of empty buildings siting in them!? I think I've just found a solution, albeit a rather boring one.

Of course, I remain strongly in favor of new construction.

Good point. So are Trenton, Albany, et al just large, unimportant towns?

What came before Atlasia?
