After months of continued attacks for failing to release his tax returns, during one of the fall debates Mitt Romney accidentally agrees under pressure that he'll release all of his tax returns from the past decade the very next morning. Feeling that he can't go back on his word, Romney decides to release them.

The records reveal hundreds of financial links which confirm that Bain Capital was merely a front organization for a heretofore unknown team of real-life superheroes. Under his crime-fighting alias ("The Magnificent Mormon") it is revealed that Romney was personally responsible for foiling several secret terrorist attacks on the United States, stopping an assassination attempt on Obama's life, singlehandedly sabotaging Iran's nuclear program, and even saved those trapped Chilean miners by digging them out with his bear hands. The tax returns also reference a 2005 gift of $50,000,000 to the North Pole, at a time when Santa's Workshop was facing severe insolvency and bankruptcy appeared imminent.

In light of this new evidence, President Obama thanks Romney for saving Christmas, gives him a Presidential Medal of Freedom for his numerous acts of heroism, and humbly apologizes for forcing The Magnificent Mormon into revealing his secret identity. Obama then endorses Romney and withdraws from the race.
