Am I the only one offended by NBC shoving this show down our throats pretending that it "pays homage" to our service men and women?

All of these celebs are getting paid to be on what equates to a tough exercise show.  No one is actually going to shoot at them.  They won't endure the mental and emotional difficulties of real boot camp.

Frankly ... this is offensive.

Network television executives showing a lack of tact and good taste.  Color me shocked Smiley  The show does seem a little ridiculous.

I don't know about offensive, but it sure is a bit patronizing.  I'm sure some of the people involved mean well, but it certainly won't come across that way...at least to me.  I'm sure we'll get a few funny clips out of it on The Soup.

Also, WTF is Wesley Clark doing hosting this?  8 years ago he had a real shot at being president, and now he's hosting lame reality shows?

The reason I dislike it is (besides the fact that NBC shows it EVERY TEN MINUTES) that everything nowadays includes the words "To honor our servicemen and women who give their lives to protect our freedom". Jesus, people! I mean, soldiers are nice people and all, but it's not like they're protecting America right now.

But that's for another topic.
