I'll be doing it Austrian style, though with the ministeries from the last cabinet (Austria changes it's constellation every cycle - for example the Science Ministery was merged with the Economics Ministery, and so on - I like the "old" constellation more than the "new" so I take that one)
I'll be assigning Austrian states to the individual ministers, based on similarities to their US state / world region (in whatever form
