This very "hypothetical" person could have a wide range of views by the description you gave.  The high level of education would indicate someone of a more liberal persuasion, but the given age would likely moderate that.  Well, unless this person was a hippy in the 60s.  I'll take a stab and say he is socially liberal (supported by his lack of religion) but more moderate, pro-status quo economically due to his income.  Did I get anywhere near the mark?

Generally socially liberal, but with tinges of cultural conservatism, due to a combination of being Asian (though 'Culturally conservative" means something different here, of course), Catholic, and married with children and grandchildren. On the other hand, due to her being a female member of a racial minority group with an advanced education, I would guess she would possibly be strongly liberal.
