This very "hypothetical" person could have a wide range of views by the description you gave. The high level of education would indicate someone of a more liberal persuasion, but the given age would likely moderate that. Well, unless this person was a hippy in the 60s. I'll take a stab and say he is socially liberal (supported by his lack of religion) but more moderate, pro-status quo economically due to his income. Did I get anywhere near the mark?
Now my person...hmmm.

Hmm. Probably a Libertarian or Conservative. He could either be an Independent or a Republican. Either way he's on the right side of the spectrum.

Probably Pub. Surgeons tend to be Pubs, and that trumps the Asian (what kind of Asian - Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese (more clearly Pub then), Korean?) Buddhist thing. And it's Texas. If he were a Lib, he wouldn't choose to live in Katy, Texas (Houston exurb) methinks. Nor would I of course.
Katy, Texas seems way too down market for the guy however. He must save a lot of money, particularly given that Texas has no income tax.
Nobody ever specified this surgeon was male.
Yelnoc's seems like about as close to a combination of every Democratic base vote you can get--a secular Californian union worker--except for the white male factor. Despite the higher-than-median income and nuclear family this guy would almost definitely be on the left.

Generally socially liberal, but with tinges of cultural conservatism, due to a combination of being Asian (though 'Culturally conservative" means something different here, of course), Catholic, and married with children and grandchildren. On the other hand, due to her being a female member of a racial minority group with an advanced education, I would guess she would possibly be strongly liberal. She's in a Democratic NJ district, so that could be. Her income alone isn't much of an indicator here, or not as strong as other indicators.

Not bad, but the dude might be a tad more rebellious than you suspect. The term "status quo" so near "economically" might be a bit problematical. He might think it is all F'ed up by the numbers at the moment - from soup to nuts. Just a thought.

For ProgressiveRealist: Likely a Democrat of economically moderate leanings or a Republican of socially liberal leanings, if he's politically oriented at all. He strikes me as kind of under-the-radar economically for a shrink in Long Beach (although I guess it depends on what part of Long Beach), which could have something to do with the fact that he's by definition practicing without a license.

Clearly a Democrat, since the guy is a very talented embezzler. I mean, he could not have made the money he has having been a sweatshop overseer working for the man, and sitting on a bank board, as opposed to owning the bank, so he obviously embezzled from both and got away with it. And talented embezzlers and the Democratic party go together like bacon and eggs. And there you have it!

This is actually my uncle, and he didn't embezzle, but he was a favorite of the guy who owned the factory and I think ended up a part-owner of it himself towards the end of his career. Most of his money is actually from investments and stock options.
He is, however, an old-school New Dealer.

Age, religion, and college degree suggest a liberal disposition, though that may have changed if they've spent enough time out of college and what news network they work for. Being engaged is neutral, but may suggest a less rebellious attitude. I would guess a moderately liberal but somewhat establishmentarian persuasion, probably a Cuomo fan.
This is based on someone I know; I'm curious to see how close you guys get. I did change a few details.

Not really. I'm not sure I know of any active Catholics who support the Greens.

Strong Republican, like voting straight Republican since Dewey. Likely to be a neo-conservative, supported Santorum in 2012, though was a McCain supporter from the start of the '08 primaries.
Interesting. I am hypothetically related to this hypothetical person, but I (would) have never met him so don't know the first thing about his politics.
