Just from those locations and income, its highly likely that he is a liberal, especially on social issues. He's probably skeptical of every form of government but in another way wants it to provide more. No of course being a white male born in Georgia makes it likely he's a republican, but its noted that Atlanta has plenty of white liberals, and he is mostly non-religious, and goes to schools in very liberal cities.
Would be fairly swingy under normal circumstances, but Knoxville clinches her in as a pub.
I wouldn't be so sure. The actual city of Knoxville is about split even with R/D votes (at least at the federal level). And those other characteristics do sound more liberal.
