Quote
Dick Morris says the polls reported by the media are not accurate.

"On Friday, I saw the real numbers. These state-by-state polls, taken by an organization I trust (after forty years of polling) show the real story. The tally is based on more than 600 likely voter interviews in each swing state within the past eight days."

"The trend line is distinctly pro-Romney. Of the thirteen states studied, he improved or Obama slipped in nine states while the reverse happened in only four. To read the media, one would think that Romney had a terrible month. In fact, the exact reverse is true."

Maybe Dick Morris's real numbers will help O.J. Simpson find the real killers.

Dick Morris has a team of pollsters in Hawaii and you would not believe what they're finding there.

Finally, some accurate numbers.

With these real numbers, and with Condi on the ticket, it's a slam dunk for Mitt.

Dick baby, Nate Silver at 538 really owned you on your claim that most of the undecideds are slam dunk nascent Mittens' voters, just of the late harvest variety. Show some humility!  You really, really don't know it all - at all. Geez!  When you are going to be arrogant, sort of like me I admit, you better f'ing be able to back it up. Think about it.

Has anyone ever gotten more mileage out of a one hit wonder than Dick Morris?  Guy should be the center square by now.

I'm a Republican and I like Dick Morris, but I think he's too much of a Pollyanna to be taken seriously sometimes.

Nah.  It's the Democrats who are Hollywood, not the Republicans.

Is there a concern that if Romney appears to be losing when he should be winning that he will be abandoned as his support was half-hearted to begin with so real conservatives will vote with principal for third party or just not bother voting at all? Is that the reason for Drudge, right wing radio, Morris, etc to push this new 'dont trust the polls' narrative which has been going around for the last couple of weeks?

Otherwise I don't really understand the point of this.

Probably internals for Romney or a Republican-leaning PAC.   Morris quoting Zogby would be perfect, though.   Birds of a feather...

Dick Morris, LOL.

Here's his 2008 map. I think TN being lean Obama might be the biggest WTF.

Apparently Dick was under the impression that Obama was really his old pal Billy Clinton.

Didn't he also have an insanely pro-McCain map at one point too though?

Oh I missed the safe Obama Arkansas. LOL. Amazing that he had Arkansas as safer for Obama in one prediction than he had Hawaii in another.

Wait, wait, wait. From the article:

Quote
Romney is currently leading in every state McCain carried plus: Indiana, New Hampshire, Wisconsin, Nevada, North Carolina, and Colorado. If he carries these states, hell have 228 electoral votes of the 270 he needs to win.

So even his own mysterious "trusted pollster" that shows the "real story" still has 310 EVs going to Obama?

...and with the usual Morris weirdness of Romney behind in OH and FL but ahead in WI, CO and NV? Right.

The fact that Dick Morris gets paid for this nonsense is one of the Great Mysteries of Life.
