Few would dispute that if the election is D+5 the democrats will win. Many will dispute it will be D+5.

No, this is not the biggest issue with this poll. Maybe they didn't push leaners as hard as some other polls do. I wouldn't be surprised if 15% of the country is still a little unsure about who they will vote for, but of course in most cases if you press them a little they will come up with an answer.
