Antonin Scalia (as well as Thomas) is a troll; we settled this a while ago.

No no no. Thomas is a hack, Scalia is a troll.

In this case at least, Thomas's opinion was directly related to what he felt to be the actual constitutional merits of the case, rather than his opinion of gays.
