Labrador. He doesn't seem to have gone up in arms in social backwardness yet, and has made some halfway decent national security votes in his tenure thus far.

Walt Minnick was actually a pretty great Congressman from the perspective of a libertarian, I don't see why anyone would prefer Labrador over the guy who voted to repeal DADT and against the Stupak amendment. Labrador supports raising the tax burden on lower-income earners as a way of off-setting cuts to the corporate income tax and in general is a horrible person.
