Ronald Wilson Reagan had a surging, booming, and illustrious economy. Heck, you couldn't walk down a street without making a 100$.

Do liberals hate him because he is a figurehead of success for classical economics?

Can't find it now, but there's a thread that's like 50 pages. Seriously. And it's all about who you would vote for. There are certain threads though that some people just feel the need to make again and again (ie. "who would fictional characters vote for". I mean really, the master thread is pretty easy to find for God's sake).

1968: Humphrey (D)
1972: Nixon (R)
1976: Ford (R)
1980: Anderson (I)

1988: Bush (R)
1992: Clinton (D)

2000: If it were actually 2000, and I didnt know what would happen, Bush. But in hindsight, Gore.
2004: Kerry (D)
2008: Obama (D)
2012: Obama (D)

As you can see, I was kind of a swing voter, im a moderate Democrat, Democrat from 1960-68, voting Republican from 1972-88 and then in 2000, then Democrat from 2004 til 2012.
