     Not to mention Horde, Antestor, Death Angel, Trouble, Stryper, &c. I'll also point out that Megadeth, Slayer, and Testament all have Christian frontmen, despite not really writing Christian lyrics. Those are only examples off the top of my head too. While headbangers are disproportionately non-Christian and anti-Christian, there is plenty of space for Christians as well.

     Metalcore can be classified as either metal or hardcore, depending on the band. I don't know enough about DWP to say what they would be, so I defer to the judgment of one of their fans.

These guys most certainly aren't metalheads:



TDWP are really breakdown heavy, and are about as metal as Attack Attack! or Bring Me The Horizon. They even sound quite a bit like both (especially the former, the vocals are basically the same.)

That said if you want to consider them metal, then I find the idea of a metal band named after a chick flick amusing beyond words.

I am beginning to believe that you live your life believing that most of the stuff you say is true. I find this highly amusing.

Also, TDWP formed before the "chick flick" came out, they named the band after the book.
