Yank, can we put something in here for committee work?

For the past few weeks I have been working on way to incorporate it, and I think the best way would be to create simple interface with a link to each committee, its name, and what it is currently working on. As for maintaining a queue of topics for each committee, I think the best way to do this is for the chairman to maintain it in the queue. There are some other kinks that are more concerning at this point, regarding the committees. Sorry for taking a month to post a response, but I wanted to actually have an idea to respond with first and I wanted to experiment to see how the independent committee queue worked on the GOR.
