Why do you say that? I'm guessing for Berkeley it must be the ethics and outspoken liberalism, but what about Heller?

Because any time a Republican is leading a poll, krazen posts his obligatory "excellent news" comment.

And for the record, I'm supporting Heller.

Serious sexual tension between you two.

8 percent undecided and 9 percent voting other in a Senate race with an incumbent in it!?!  Even with Berkley's ethics investigation problem, that seems a trifle high, especially in the other column, since the only other on the ballot is David Lory VanDerBeek , who is a conspiracy theorist of the highest order.  Besides the usual political conspiracy theories (He appears to be both a birther and a truther.) he also goes farther afield.

From his website http://www.ccnviap.org/vanderbeek/ :

However, despite his stated fears of a vast conspiracy he lays down the gauntlet:

So there!

More seriously, those 9% who want someone else to vote for are either going to have decide between the lesser of two weevils or sit the race out.

13% of GOP are other/undecided, 17% of Dem, and 20% of Ind.  Based on those numbers alone, I expect the race to tighten some, but not enough to help Berkley.
