I think radio contest should be added back in.  What was the rationale for excluding it?

It's not regionally-sponsored.

So what?  Is it still taxed under income?

I propose the following amendment. Hopefully this is a compromise that we can agree to:

Clause 2 is amended to read:

I agree with this amendment. The first part makes the bill more precise and the second change is a good idea as well - there should be exemptions for small winnings up tp $1000.

And this exempts most radio contests.  If you're winning a radio contest that's greater than $1,000, it should be taxed.
