Santorum's talking about his grandpa's hands again.
His thick large hands. I lol'd so hard at that.

No, he stopped short of that when talking about the family by mentioning and honoring the hard work of single mothers. I think this is a great speech. I think that if he kept focused on these themes and not gotten lost in the weeds on contraception and other controversial issues, he might be VP or even the nominee himself.

There should be a drinking game for the amount of times Rick says 'HANDS'.

Ah yes. Santorum must have gripped many "hands". Many many thick and strong "hands". When you've seen as many hands as I have...
Though in all seriousness, this might have been the best speech I've heard all day.

Conveniently Ted doesn't mention the astroturf movements in Colorado, Nevada, or Delaware.

Minus all the hands, it was a great speech in my opinion.
As my mom said, "Where was that Rick Santorum in the primary?"

Fantastic speech by Rick Santorum.
Some of the Governors speeches earlier today have been dire, Mary Fallin's in particular was so wooden and emotionless.

Apart from all the gay hands references, excellent speech on the part of Rick. This Santorum, the one that gave that speech the night of the Iowa Caucus, the one that gave the speech tonight, would've won Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois. If he'd have skipped all the social issues, this would've been his nominating convention.

It definitly was, but that's not saying much when every other speech was mediocre at best. Good for him, I guess.

He and Christie (might consider voting for him in 2016) only set the bar higher for Mitt on Thursday.

Guys, come on, Santorum wouldn't have won the nomination, even if he had talked about how much he loved hands instead of how much he hated JFK/condoms.
