Paycheck Fairness Initiative

Employers may not withhold pay from their employees for any reason, and this includes first check withholding. Pay periods may not exceed two weeks in length effective July 1, 2013. In addition, workers who are sent home early while on the job are entitled to a full day's pay and shall be paid no less than the full amount of time they were originally scheduled for work.

Overtime Initiative

All employers, regardless of size, are hereby required to observe the 32 hour workweek effective January 1, 2014. Existing law governing overtime pay shall be modified so that persons who work over 48 hours a week are paid 2.5x the regular hourly wage and those who work over 54 hours per week are paid 3.0x the regular hourly wage. No person shall henceforth be allowed to work more than 60 hours per week. In addition, any person who works a shift in excess of eight hours per day shall receive overtime pay, regardless of whether or not that person works in excess of 32 hours per week for a full week. Employers found in violation of this law shall be fined no less than 25% of their annual earnings.

Public Employees' Freedom Initiative

The Hatch Act of 1939 is hereby repealed. Federal, regional, state, county, and local employees have the same rights under the law to participate in partisan political activity as do private sector workers.

Paying and accepting payment. Isn't it?

I believe the goal of this initiative is to criminalize those who hire prostitutes, not the prostitutes themselves.
