Rand will likely follow most of his dads footsteps and be the libertarian standardbearer in the party so I see him with an 85 percent chance of running.
Rubio... He's running unless the Obama birthers focus hard on him. With both Rubio and Rand, I would run for governor first. Both are relatively young and healthy so a term or two runnin a state would be good for them.
Martinez.... Depending on how New Mexico is doing I could see this. 65% chance of running.
Santorum.... He wants it. Small problem... Hasnt he been out of office for almost a decade already
