Battle of the Partisan Hacks 2012 (Nomination Round)

Way back in the heady days of 2008 I ran a series of polls to see who the biggest hacks for the Republicans and Democrats were. Seeing as how this is an election year, I thought we could have another go. Posters have come and gone, times have changed, another cliche, and tensions and hackery run amok.

Here's how it goes: This round you are allowed to nominate two people, one for the Left and one for the Right (actual party affiliation is always helpful, of course, but not required). There will then be a short series of polls until we narrow down one for each side. They will be crowned the "winners." You may nominate yourself, and you are asked to not repeat a nomination another has made. Supplying evidence would also be fun, but not required. You have one week from now (Sep. 10) to nominate. Let's get physical.

Now that I've calmed down a bit, I feel it necessary to issue an apology:

First, to MorningInAmerica, I would to apologize for my...harsh (understatement of the century, I know) rant that I unloaded on you. I very childishly overreacted and what followed was one of the most embarrassing posts I've ever made anywhere on the internet. The amount of profanity I used was ridiculous and absolutely infraction-worthy (and infracted I was.) I'm sorry for not acting civilized when construing my thoughts and hope we can both move on from this.

Second, to the forum. Too often do I show this side of me and frankly, I must stop. My already tarnished image amongst some posters only lessens when I go on rants and tantrums like the aforementioned one. I come here to debate politics, discuss pop culture and make friends, not to curse like a sailor when someone I don't have a positive opinion of makes a post. I hope I can curb my excessive use of hyperbole and be viewed more favourably because of it.

It's just a bit of fun as long as no one takes it too seriously, so please try not to fight, everyone. It spoils it. I'm really looking forward to the polls, especially for the right. The left hasn't been as hackishly entertaining this cycle.
