With the nation preparing for its first fully two-party presidential election, the Federalist caucus must decide on what two people to nominate for the Presidency. John Adams, the current Vice President, is of course the obvious choice, but some may disagree. Three days to decide.

Yes, he was; he was a citizen of the United States at the time of the ratification of the Constitution.
