Mitt Romney‘s campaign released its first Wisconsin television advertisement of the general election, part of a series of battleground spots running in nine states.

That should clean up some peculiar and bizarre misconceptions. Michigan is allegedly incoming, but not tomorrow.

Didn't the Republicans just pull their ads from Michigan though?

The ad tracker at the Washington Post still hasn't updated past August 26th. Anyone know of any ad trackers that are updated more frequently?

The PACs did. RNC/Romney were never in.

Smart of them to do a quick response when the media picked up on Wisconsin's absence from their massive nationwide ad campaign. I'm sure they didn't intend to communicate that they were conceding the state to WI, so plugging WI into the ad template and spending some cash on it makes sense.
