I mistakenly posted this earlier as today's result from the Reuters/Ipsos online tracking poll. It is actually a new phone poll

LV: Obama +3
Obama: 48
Romney: 45

RV: Obama +4
Obama: 47
Romney: 43

This is their first LV poll for the season. The August (pre-Ryan) poll was RV Obama +7
