45- Kentucky, New Jersey, New York/Arkansas, New Mexico, Florida
Similarly, Paul's too nutty to get elected. The others however are good.

45th New York (Hillary Clinton, Kristen Gillabrand, or Andrew Cuomo.  All in all, New York seems like a decent bet).

*bump*

The most likely at this point would be….

45: New York (presumably Clinton, though Cuomo or Gillibrand are also possible)
46: Wisconsin (both Ryan and Walker are young, and would be in the running for either 2020 or 2024, if they're not already nominated in '16)

45: New York (Clinton)
46: Florida (Rubio, first president from Florida)

I'd like to think for the GOP to win back the White House, they would probably have made considerable strides with the hispanic population. The most likely scenario is probably with Rubio at the top of the ticket and Democratic fatigue after 12/16 years of ruling.

45th: New York (although Hillary is as much Illinois or Arkansas imo)
46th: probably Texas
