Runoff, if necessary. 2 days.

Gravel, but really anyone but Barr.

Ruwart (though where are the Kubby and Phillies options?)

We're going with this being 4th ballot (streamlines it to the major candidates and means many runoffs won't happen).

Don't know enough about Ruwart. Given I should be voting in this as if I were a Libertarian, I guess I'd favor her. But the mention on her wiki page of Kevorkian makes me a bit uneasy (clarification?). If not her, then likely Barr.

No Christine Smith? Sad

EDIT: I see it's at the 4th ballot. I'll vote Ruwart, but my heart is with Christine. Purple heart

The Barr/Root ticket was seriously the worst ticket of all time, especially because they were nominated as Libertarians. Bollocks. They're both right wing, Barr endorsed Gingrich and Root endorsed Romney instead of Ron Paul or even Gary Johnson...they're just failed GOP politicians who sought fame in a party that was vying to place highly in the results. It could certainly be said that the '08 LP ticket was more Conservative than the GOP ticket.

IIRC, she supports legalizing child pornography.

I can't stand with that. I guess I'll vote Gravel for kicks.

It's not like I haven't said that I was a sellout and a traitor for endorsing Romney, but I did endorse Ron Paul the day he announced his candidacy and I stuck with him until Romney secured the nomination. Root was a Romney supporter from the start and has never stood for Libertarian values.

Fair enough, it just seemed kind of hypocritical to me that you were accusing someone of not being a true libertarian because he endorsed someone who you also endorsed.

I'll always admit to being a massive LINO--because I am--but at the end of the day, I really don't care what I'm called or labeled, I will support the candidate(s) that I believe are most apt to fixing the problems facing our country.

Ruwart. Ruwart was never for child porn, but she did write a paper looking at it from a libertarian angle. Again, she never endorsed it, just pointed out the true (and wrong) Libertarian position.

Gravel is the only one of those four for whom I have any sort of respect. He gets my vote easily.
