Probably my favorite of the genro, and comes off very favorably to most of the rest of them in retrospect (I'm looking at you, Prince Yamagata).

My favorite is by far Matsukata Masayoshi, but I still obviously voted FF.

FF. Had Prince Saionji been listened to more often and been more willing to stick his neck out, a lot of the calamities of the twentieth century in Japan and East Asia in general could have been avoided or mitigated.
