Even a stopped clock is right twice a day. And given that there are far fewer possible polling results in a competitive state, even a bad pollster is right far more often.

Anyone have registration numbers by party or turnout from 2008 and 2004 for these states? Was mainly curious about Iowa... Is 36 Dems 32 GOP and 32 Independent close to accurate or not?

Add 2-3 points to Obama's margin in each (per usual with ARG) and we are getting some impressive numbers folks! Smiley

No, these seem right on the mark. O+7 in Florida, as great as it would be, is highly unlikely given the makeup of the state.
