I say Lingle although I give her props for trying to win. From what I've read, Kerrey has put in no effort whatsoever.

Kerrey is actually running a very active campaign; I get updates from him in my Facebook feed often.

Definately Lingle.  Im betting Kerrey actually gets a respectable 42%-43% of the vote.  I will be surprised to see Lingle break 40%.  It could be as bad as a 65%-35% loss for Lingle.

Polling for Kerrey is worse IIRC. And that's despite facing a much weaker candidate than Lingle and having better credentials.
