I've said it before, and I'll say it again - Smith isn't a bad candidate at all, and could be a dark horse. If there were 2010, I think he could upset Casey. As it stands, he needs the environment to improve quite a bit for Republicans to win. Romney will probably need to win PA for him to win.

Not from what I've seen.  Smith, however, is spend hugely; his commercials are reasonably good.
