The lawsuit ain't gonna work.  The CPD is free to invite whoever it wishes.  What might work would be if someone else were to organize a debate which would be widely seen, invite those who met Gary's suggested criteria and the two major party candidates refused to participate.

Gary ought not to bother with this sideshow as it is a waste of time and money.

Johnson is chasing rainbows and wasting money with this. He'd be better off investing in better production values for his online videos, or improving the usability and comprehensive of his website. I'm not impressed.
