This is why I created UC to render cloture unnecessary.

Standard Operating proceduce now is:

2. UC for one someone accidentally forgets

I had planned to end this last night but I have only been able to get on for short periods of time on here, because of a problem with the internet. The phone jack in which it was plugged in burnt out. We replaced it and now it is back to normal. sh**tty, but in a normal kind of way.

The resolution has passed.

We spent 2/3rds of a month on something that should have been waived through, now we only have two weeks left, we couldn't get it up and running before the end of the Senate if we started tonight. This is despicable. First we had dillatory tactics employed, it takes a weeks to wait for a cloture vote to fail because too few vote on it, and then it takes a week to produce a 4-0-2 vote? How can you justify this. A WEEK!!! I understand finals and other concerns, but damn it. A ING WEEK!!!!
