Hirono and Baldwin. They would represent historic firsts for women in the Senate and would help bring a diverse perspective to the caucus.
But the cold, rational part of my brain thinks the candidate with the greatest potential to impact policy is Elizabeth Warren. And because her race has been nationalized, she would likely have a media spotlight which a savvy player could use to their advantage. OTOH, she isn't an experienced pol like Hirono and Baldwin so there is a greater potential for her to be a bust.
